OWNER AND HEAD CHEF

Jacob is the passionate owner and head chef behind Dearie Catering, bringing over 15 years of experience in the luxury catering industry. He began his career at the 2 Michelin starred Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons in England. His career has since taken him around the world from working in a grand Morrocan kasbah to luxurious Swiss chalets, and now the British Virgin Islands which he now calls home.

With a strong foundation in classic French fine dining, Jacob’s expertise is both refined and versatile, allowing him to create a wide range of cuisines. Jacob is passionate about showcasing the vibrant flavours of the islands by prioritizing locally sourced ingredients.
